Return Policy
- Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- We understand that you are going to try out your items, however, we are unable to accept items back which are damaged, worn or stained or any object able condition for resale.
- In order for us to accept your return, you are required to not remove original tags from the products.
- Please ensure you are not wearing deodorant, perfume, after shaves or tanning lotions when trying out new items.
- We always aim to deliver your items as per your expectations. unfortunately sometimes you may find an error with your order, please be assured that we do aim to resolve any issue with faulty/incorrect products as soon as possible.
- Please ensure that you retain all the packaging from your order and the invoice included within your parcel because failure to do so will result in us not being able to investigate the issue properly causing delay.
- In case of incorrect or faulty item delivered to your address, we take full responsibility and will refund you the purchase amount or exchange it with the correct order. only if the return was made within 30 days and all the terms above are met.
- Please note that we do require any incorrect items to be returned before an exchange or a refund can be issued.
